Who is responsible
ProGlaze, at 17B Velddrif Road, Vredenburg, 7380, South Africa, is responsible for handling your customer service enquiry. This policy explains how we handle information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What you share
The quote form asks for your service choice, name, phone number, town and an optional description of your job. We collect only the information you choose to enter into this contact form, solely for business customer service purposes. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about other people without their permission.
How enquiries work
The form prepares a message in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. This website does not store your form information. Once you send an enquiry, ProGlaze uses the information solely for business customer service: to respond to your enquiry, discuss your job, prepare a quote and arrange requested service. We do not use it for advertising, mailing lists or unrelated marketing, and do not sell your enquiry details.
Your choice and lawful use
Providing your details is voluntary. We need the required contact and job details to respond to your request. We process them to handle the enquiry and take steps you request towards a service agreement, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Opening a draft does not send your information to ProGlaze.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. It saves an acknowledgement of the cookie notice and page scroll positions in this browser tab’s session storage, so the notice stays dismissed and your place on a page can be restored while you browse. Neither contains contact form details, and both are cleared when the tab’s browser session ends. You can reopen the notice using the footer link. There are no optional tracking cookies to accept or reject.
External services
Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google open those services, which have their own privacy terms. Sending your draft shares it with WhatsApp and ProGlaze. Those services may process information outside South Africa. We do not load a live Google review feed or embedded map on this website. Fonts and images are delivered by external providers; loading them may expose technical connection information, such as your IP address, to those providers. This is separate from the enquiry details ProGlaze receives.
Access, retention and protection
Enquiry details are handled for customer service and shared only where needed to provide the service, with your permission, or where the law requires it. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and any applicable legal record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but no online communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions about your information
Contact [email protected] or call 022 125 0159 if you have a privacy question or would like to request access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or object to its processing, subject to applicable legal obligations. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
